Active in Port agencies, Freight contracting, Time chartering operations and Chartering a fleet of Company Owned coastal size vessels (2500/5000GT). Active in deep-sea chartering and freight contracting worldwide on behalf of Toepfer International, Grand Moulin de Paris, Roland Muhle, Peter Cremer, Wessanen, Meneba, and major European Mills for the carriage of bagged wheat flour, cattle fodder and other agriproducts in a liner service to mainly Lybia, Yemen, Syria, Somalia and other middle east and W-African countries, a major contract for 6 million tons of steel drilling pipes on behalf of United States Steel, New York, mainly from Italy to US-Gulf on behalf of the offshore industry and drilling Companies. Active as Voyage charterer and Timecharter operator for all type of products, mainly dry cargo. Responsible for P&I Insurance for both Owners fleet and Chartered vessels and active in claims handling and arbitrations mainly with London and Dutch lawyers, arbitrators and mediators.

 

Negotiating agency agreements and stevedoring contracts worldwide for the contracts which included total package of transport, including agency, stevedoring and barge activities.

All marine related matters in relation to the offshore activities for Building Consortium ANDOC for the productions of an oilrig "Dunlin A” in the Netherlands on behalf of Shell Expro London- Responsible for all maritime activities including chartering tugs for the tow out of the oilrig by United Towing Hull and Wijsmueller Netherlands from the port of Rotterdam to Stord, Norway for completion of the rig.
